Kosher Tours in Ecuador

My son
and I are now spending our last evening in Ecuador. The six full days we spent
here were wonderful and the success of our trip was due in no small measure to
the hard work of Francisco and Alexandra! If I were to come back here again I
would certainly engage their services.
I will share a few of the highlights:
Cruise to the islands (4) of the Galapagos. The cruise itself began Tuesday afternoon
and ended Friday morning – really 3 days. Every day people say at a once in a
life time experience is so. Amazing views engaged with animals, fishes; a great
16 passenger Catamaran where Francisco + Alexandra found for us.
Friday night – Shabbat dinner at Alexandra. Kosher Chicken handmade challah, wine that
I brought from home… Thought neither Alexandra nor Francisco is Jewish they
know a lot from Kiddush to washy hands to the bleach Havdalah, Shabbat was
extra special from son and for me.
Sunday we went out of Quito with a homemade kosher lunch from Alexandra we went to eco
–lodge inside a volcano (briefly) at the equator. We even got back to Quito in
time to do some alpaca sweater shopping.
Alexandra + Francisco chose our hotel – Swissôtel – amazing, took care of us and we just
enjoyed a Great Trip! Both knew a lot about the country, care about it and made our stay wonderful
