ONE DAY TRIP

At 08h30, meet and welcome at Hotel lobby. Start driving through Podocarpus National Park at the Cajanuma region. (Cloud forest with altitudes of 9000 feet.) depending on physical condition; we will have some hikes in the area through visitor paths.

We will continue our trip to the Malacatos valley and on to Vilcabamba, visit of the village, Recreational park of Yamburara and recycled paper factory later we will get into a local Inn to enjoy lunch, swimming pool and sauna, Remember the Miracle on longevity in this valley is in the water. At the end of the afternoon we drive back to Loja.

Bike, Ride and Hike

ITINERARY:

Day 01.- We depart form Loja with bikes for a morning trip from Cajanuma to Malacatos, a brief stop for lunch and in the afternoon we continue our bike ride from malacatos to vilcabamba. Dinner and accommodations at a local Inn

Day 02. -  right after Breakfast, we have horse back ride in the surroundings of Vilcabamba, visit of the village where the oldest people live. Right after lunch, we will have hike to Mandango hill. At the end of the day, transfer back to Loja.
