INCENTIVE PROGRAM # 1 (GALAPAGOS 4 DAYS)
DAY 01 (Saturday) Your first day in Ecuador.
Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be met by FlashTravel's bilingual staff and transferred to an elegant five-star hotel.
In the evening, you will be our guest at a welcoming cocktail with exotic drinks, gifts, and Ecuadorian charm. There will be a bouquet of fresh flowers in your room for your first night at the Equator.
DAY 02 Quito/San Cristóbal (Galápagos Islands)
After a delicious buffet breakfast at your hotel, you will be taken to the airport for your 6:50 AM flight to the Galapagos Islands. The cruises of your lifetime on board the islands' most attractive yacht. You will be provided with ID tags with your own logo for your luggage.. Surprise! The yacht features the company's Flag. Afternoon visit to one of the most spectacular beaches in Galapagos: Wizard hill
DAY 03 Española (Hood) Island
Our visits of the day will take us to one of the most beautiful island in Galapagos. The visitor sites are Punta Suárez and Gardner Bay, beautiful white sandy beaches and an excellent opportunity to exhibit the bath robe especially tailored for you with the your company's and the yacht's logos. But this not all! Please ask for our snorkeling or diving equipment available on board to discover the even more impressive underwater world of the Galapagos.
DAY 04 Santa Cruz / Darwin Center and Rábida (Jervis) Islands
Here, at Puerto Ayora with a tour of the Charles Darwin Scientific Stations the visit is of special scientific interest. Later, you will explore the highlands of this 986- square kilometer island. You will meet lonesome George as well as many Land Iguanas which are celebrities too.
Rabida (Jervis) is a small island with a red volcanic sand beach, there is a Sea lion colony, great snorkeling opportunities and the most beautiful sun sets in Galapagos.
DAY 05 Baltra (Galapagos) Quito
After a morning visit to Las Bachas beach, home of a sea lion colony, the group will be taken to Baltra airport for the flight back to Quito. In the evening, you will be our guest at the unique national folklore ballet (Jacchigua) at the Ecuadorian house of Culture. Then, you will be taken to a colonial gala dinner in the historical downtown section of Quito.
DAY 06 Otavalo Indian market Adventure
Traveling north from Quito, through spectacular mountain landscapes and the lush tapestry of fertile farmland, you will reach the valley of Otavalo, home of the most prosperous ethnic group of America. This will be your opportunity to shop for everything from bread-dough figures to woodcarvings, hand-woven Textiles, and leather goods. This is Ecuador's most popular arts and crafts market. You will be given a typical woolen shoulder bag and a famous Otavalo hat as souvenirs. Lunch will be served at a local hacienda. Back in Quito, dinner will be served at one of the most prestigious restaurants in Quito. The rest of the evening is open for suggestions or to become the Theme Evening...
DAY 07 Quito I designers choice
During the morning, your guide will take you to South America's most famous art galleries to help you find that special handicraft article or piece of jewelry you want to take home. The afternoon is free but at night the big surprise is at the colonial San Diego monastery: a farewell dinner in an incredible museum, with a folklore show and a Banquet you will never forget.
DAY 08 Back home.
After your buffet breakfast, our well-trained staff will take you to the airport so that you can board the plane right away.
